$125/Class for one single pregnant person/+ one support person

Class includes a 2hr video clip of the class that attendees listen to ahead of the in-person meetup with the group. During the ~90min in-person class we will dive into tips for maintaining stamina during your labor and supporting the mother in the few hours after the birth before the midwives leave their home up to the 24hr post birth visit
